The Crosshatch Dandy

I'd done a pencil sketch using the crosshatch technique with pencil and did the upper half of this character. I did a very delicate, fine line, and it looked pretty good. However after watching some videos and eating something, I came back to the drawing board and realized that the elongated eye and abbreviated nose looked way too Mel Odim-ish for my comfort. So, I decided to revamp the scene and use colored pens. Alas, the lines weren't really thin enough to get the effect that I wanted, but the piece still has it's merits.
