Tricksters — Roadkill & Phoenix

Hey Guys. Sorry I'm late (very very late) with my 2009 Halloween drawing. Flu, finances, frustration — a veritable conspiracy to prevent my working on this piece in the proper time frame. But who wants to hear about that shit? It's done. I'm happy with it and I hope that some of you find it entertaining . The "Roadkill" costume is actually based on an outfit I created for a muscle-bound teenager back in early 90's Miami Beach. Although instead of an armadillo, my boy had a wig festooned with bones and feathers and tendrils of snakeskin. It was a very fun Halloween and at least twenty folks on the street took photos with him. Lots of fun. I'd like to think that most of you found some measure of tawdry amusement over the holidays.
