Where The Path Led

I really enjoy drawing satyrs as they are the embodiment of unadulterated male lust. I don't do it very often, but I had an urge to imitate a classical composition. I ended up with what I think is a pretty, superb scenario. It's odd to think that christianity (with it's truly dull "no sex" characters, dire judgmental construction, and blatantly corrupt hierarchy) could render the other more entertaining religions as mere mythology. Very sad. But at least for a time, people believed in these spectacular creatures and I like to think that there's a bit of the satyr's lechery in all of us.
