Breaking & Entering "Breaking and Entering" was the first time that I used a common omission in erotic fiction to take the theme in a different direction. It happens fairly often that the narrator neglects to describe his own physical appearance (more so in straight writing than gay — but still on a regular basis) or supplies what he "thinks" he looks like and I would have free reign to create their character as I pleased. I'm sure the author intended that I make him slightly older and ruggedly handsome but without being specific enough I took the premise down a slightly alternative path to make a more interesting visual. I like this piece. There's some ambiguity about the relationship represented and I like illustration that gives people pause, makes them wonder just what the scenario reveals and whether it's something they can get hot over. What's in the drawer? Are the calendar and clock a comment about time and the age variance of the players? Who knows? It's ultimately what the viewer imagines to be the case that matters.
