This is the finale of one of my favorite "Beginner's Luck" tales. Two boys get some reefer from one's older brother. They get so high that they have sex with each other only to be informed in this scene by the pony-tailed stoner that he "wouldn't waste good weed on you two dumb shits. That was oregano and catnip that you idiots smoked."  I loved the whole idea of these guys blaming the dope for their sexual conduct and have it be ineffective.
